Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These conditions govern the sales of handmade creations by Atelier Chaméa.

Article 2 – Products

The creations offered are handmade. As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in size, color, or finish may exist.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros.
VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the CGI.
Atelier Chaméa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 – Order

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due upon order according to the payment methods offered on the website.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Manufacturing and shipping times are communicated during the order process and may vary depending on the volume of activity.
Atelier Chaméa cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Article 8 – Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the error is attributable to Atelier Chaméa.
